My Photography Style – Wedding Photography
I take great pleasure in capturing all the magic moments on your wedding day. I specialise in offering two styles of wedding photography known as ‘Reportage Wedding Photography’ and ‘Traditional Wedding Photography’, as I am sensitive to the fact that most couples would like some group shots from their wedding day, and would be happy to provide you with a series of such photos.
- Reportage (also known as wedding photojournalism) – I tell the story of your day by photographing all the magic moments which make your day so special by taking natural, un-posed photographs by blending in and unobtrusively capturing special moments throughout your special day.
- Traditional – these images are photographs which are more staged/formal with a group of guests who pose with the Bride/and Groom, an example of this would be the Bride and Groom together with all their bridesmaids
Wedding Photography - Are you working to a budget?
I know what it is like to try and juggle a budget when you are planning your big day, my husband and I got married back in 2008 and we were on a very tight budget. One of the areas we cut back on, was having a wedding photographer and it is the biggest thing from our special day that I regret. Although all our friends and family brought along their cameras and provided us with copies of all the wedding photographs they captured, there are many wedding photographs which they didn't capture and that I now regret and this is how having a wedding photographer there to photograph your wedding day can be money well spent.
