Sunderland Wedding Photography - Catherine and Lee

Catherine and Lee got married at St Peter’s Church, Sunderland and had their wedding reception at The National Glass Centre. The reason they chose these two venues were that they were both next door to the university building where they originally met whilst studying for their degrees.

The interaction between Catherine and Lee was amazing with each making the other laugh constantly on the day, which in turn had all the guests laughing with them and enjoying the celebration of their marriage.

With any couple I work with I always make the suggestion that we work together to list the key shots they want on the day so I can work my way through it; this normally consists of an A4 page but super-organised Catherine produced a fantastic list about 4 pages long with each shot listed in a table under sub-headings. She even added a box for me to tick once I had got the shot! This list was mentioned several times on the day so even the guests were asking to see it.

It was a beautiful sunny day so we walked along the riverside (with the help of the best man to hold Catherine’s long veil and we got some beautiful shots with the bridges in the background.

It was a privilege as always to be present during their celebration, and my best wishes go to them for a long and happy life together.

I'd love you to leave a comment about what you think about the images.
