I still remember getting a call from Andrew on a Thursday afternoon at the beginning of February asking if I would be free to be his Wedding Photographer two and half weeks later . When I met Andrew and his fiancée Sherri to go through the plans for their big day the reason behind the short-notice booking became apparent; they explained all the exciting plans they were putting in place for their future together - the biggest of which being that Andrew was moving to Canada a week after they got married, and Sherri would be joining him a short time later!

Andrew and Sherri got married at Shotton Hall in County Durham which holds a special place in my heart as this is the same place my Husband and I tied the knot in 2008. It was a complete rollercoaster ride and I feel privileged to have played a part in their special day. I want to take this opportunity to wish them all the best for the future, and I’m sure they’ll make the most of all the adventures coming their way very shortly.
